Yes. Hang-Tough provides OEM and ODM programs for partners who need Taiwan-made stage lighting: product R&D, optics, firmware, mechanical design, production, and distribution support. Share your target specs and volume on the Contact page and we will follow up.

Open the product detail page and check Downloads for DMX protocols / DMX tables, plus the Technical Data tab for control notes. Mode and channel counts vary by fixture and personality — always use the chart for that exact model (for example S1000 or S1950Z). If a file is missing, email us the model name.

Send the fixture model, firmware version if known, a short description of the fault, and photos or video when possible. For DMX issues, note the console, personality/mode, and cable topology — that usually cuts diagnosis time.

Yes. Our LED profiles, washes, and battens are built for real cue pressure. Case studies on the News pages (for example concert and Taipei Arena productions) show S1000 and S850Z in live Taiwan events.

Warranty terms depend on the product and purchase channel. Contact us with model, serial number, and proof of purchase so we can confirm coverage and arrange service.
